新洁尔灭用途：新洁尔灭具有杀菌和去垢效力, 作用强而快, 对金属无腐蚀作用, 不污染衣服, 性质稳定, 易于保存, 属消毒防腐类药. 稀释液可用于外科手术前洗手(0.05~0.1%, 浸泡5分钟), 皮肤消毒和霉菌感染(0.1%), 黏膜消毒(0.01~0.05%), 器械消毒(置于0.1%的溶液中煮沸15分钟后再浸泡30分钟). 忌与肥皂, 盐类或其他合成洗涤剂同时使用, 避免使用铝制容器, 消毒金属器械需加0.5%亚硝酸钠防锈, 不宜用于pangguang镜, 眼科器械及合成橡胶的消毒. 对革兰氏阴性杆菌及肠道病毒作用弱, 对结核杆菌及芽孢无效。
